Emergencies & Incidents

For any emergency, call 000.

Illness or Injury. For minor illnesses and injuries, the Urgent Care Centre at the Phillip Island Community Hospital is open 24x7 and just 8mins drive away in Cowes. Address: 50-56 Church Street, Cowes. Phone (03) 5951 2101. 

Pet Care. Daytime appointments are available at Cowes Veterinary Surgery (03) 5952 2936 and Newhaven Veterinary Clinic (03) 5956 7262. For urgent afterhours service, Gippsland Veterinary Group has rostered vets available on (03) 5682 2757.

Fire Response. The kitchen is equipped with a fire blanket on the inside of the pantry door. If you experience a small oil or fat fire on the stove, you should remove it from the packet and place it over the pot or pan immediately. There are also fire extinguishers placed in the kitchen and games room to treat small spot fires - please familiarise yourself with their location and the instructions for use. Call 000 immediately for any fires which cannot be controlled. You must also notify us as soon as possible.

Storm Damage. For storm and flood emergency assistance, call the SES on 132 500. This includes trees down, roof damage, building flooding, roads or driveways blocked. You must also notify us as soon as possible.

Problems during your stay

We want you to have a great time visiting our place, and will do whatever we can to make your stay enjoyable. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the property meets our guests' expectations, but if something is not up to scratch or we missed the mark somewhere then we will work to resolve it with you as quickly as possible.
